Everything in the store is packaged with love and shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Where are your products made? 
We're proud to boast almost everything in the shop is designed and/or made within Canada. Many items are delivered to us from their makers by hand because they live so close!  
Where do you ship?
If you have an address, we can ship to you! Some exceptions apply on food items. 
What are your shipping rates and times? 
We use Canada Post's services to get your goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow 2 days for order processing. 
CANADA // $15 (2-4 Business Days)
USA // $20 (4-10 Business Days)
INTERNATIONAL // $25 (8-12 Business Days)

Will items be restocked?
Nope, what you see is what you get! But don't worry if you miss out - there will be a whole new batch of limited edition magic to look forward to next season. 
What's your return policy?
We do not offer returns at this time, but you're welcome to contact us with any questions before you place an order to ensure you make the right decision. We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping, sent to an incorrect address provided by customer, or product damaged by recipient. 
Can I make something for your store? 
Submissions for this season's collection are currently closed, but we'd love to hear about your idea for the next round. Send us your pitch and some samples of your work at kelsie@randomactsofpastel.comfor consideration. Note: we are grateful for your submission, but due to our forever busy state we may not have time to respond to everyone.
